After a month of exams our 22 grade 12 IB students were honored at an outdoor graduation ceremony held on June 6, 2009.

It was a bitter-sweet day as it marked the end of high school and the beginning of university. CHS is your school whose doors will always be opened.

On June 15, 2009 on the school playground was held the graduation ceremony for 147 kindergarten students. The golden caps and hats worn by the children put a regal touch to the event. As these students proceed to grade one, we wish them all the best.

From the end of April to the middle of May each class in the kindergarten invited parents to join them in singing and watching as they performed.  The little ones brought smiles to the faces of all that watched.

Activities of all kinds were part of the day for students from grades 4- 10.  Some were involved in skits, others in competition and still others in the morning assembly. The efforts put into the day were well appreciated by all.

Eleven students from grade 12 had their final art exhibition during the month of April.  Each student was given a section of the multipurpose hall to use for display purposes.  The result was spectacular!  All students should be proud of what they have created.

April 22 + 23 were special days for our students as they demonstrated projects and experiments in the science labs.  It was fascinating to see the knowledge students have gained in practice.  Students from grades 4 - 11 were involved.
